Employee Payslips

Payroll employees can access their new and old payslips directly on the Lano platform. Previous payslips cannot be retrieved, only those created after enabling this feature.

• Go to Settings , then Payslips. Click on Enable Access to Payslips

• Click on Accept & Enable. An email will be sent to all active payroll employees to create a Lano account and view their payslips.

• An automatic email will be sent to the employee inviting them to Create an account.

• The employee will also need to set-up a password on Lano platform. This will also enable a two-factor authentication.

• Once activated, future payslips will be visible. Previous payslips will not be available.
