Estimate the Cost of a New Hire

Learn how to use our Hiring Cost Calculator to estimate hiring costs for a candidate

If you want to quickly calculate the estimated cost of a new hire or play around with the numbers, you can use our Hiring Cost Calculator. You only need the intended salary and country to get an estimated monthly cost overview.

To use the calculator, click on Estimate costs in the left menu to go to the Hiring cost calculator. Here you can select the country of your intended hire and enter the intended yearly gross salary in the local currency. Please note that you can only enter the amount in the local currency of the country you wish to hire in. Click Estimate to see the estimated cost overview.

Once calculated, you can switch between a monthly and annually overview of the estimated costs. The overview includes the base salary, accruals, employment costs, and service fee. The estimated payment will be your company’s invoicing currency.

Please note that the final costs may vary from the estimated costs should you want to hire a new employee after using the Hiring Cost Calculator. The possible difference depends on our hiring partner and your employee’s circumstances, which may alter the employment costs and accruals.
