Google Drive is a cloud-based storage solution that allows you to save files online and access them anywhere from any smartphone, tablet, or computer. With our Google Drive integration, you can securely upload, edit and collaborate on files and folders directly from your Lano account.
Step 1: To activate the integration, go to the Integrations screen within Lano and activate the Google Drive integration by toggling the switch.
Step 2: You will then be asked to enter the URL of your Google Drive base folder where a new project folder will automatically be created for each new project.
Step 3: After completing the activation, once a project is created in Lano, company users, as well as their partners working on the project, have access to the auto-generated folder in Google Drive.
Your partners will be able to perform the following actions:
Read any file in the folder
Read and edit the files they created
Create subfolders in the auto-generated folder
Step 4: You can always change the URL of your Google Drive folder from the Integrations overview page by clicking on the three-dot menu.
Please note: The access rights granted to a partner will be removed after completing the project.
