We're available in all countries and regions except those prohibited by law. As of August 2022, we can’t offer our services in Belarus, Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk region of Ukraine, Iran, Libya, Luhansk region of Ukraine, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela.
Through our network of Employer of Record partners, our clients can currently hire full-time talent in over 170 countries.
With Lano you can pay your team members in 28 different currencies. Local payments are free of charge. International payments we offer at the lowest costs.
Each country has its own laws and regulations when it comes to taxes, social security contributions and other mandatory benefits. This includes health insurance, unemployment insurance, social security, annual leave and more.
Lano guarantees that each employee receives all the necessary local benefits, plus any optional benefits the employer may choose to offer.
An Employer of Record (EOR) allows you to hire employees in countries where you don't have a legal entity. As the legal employer of your employees, the EOR takes on all the administrative duties of the employment such as drafting a compliant employment contract, registering the employee with social security and paying their salary.
An Employer of Record can therefore be seen as a third party in the employment relationship who takes on all the legal responsibilities while you remain in full control of your employee’s day-to-day activities.
