Elements of an invoicing template

Create your invoices based on our invoicing template

Simply enter all the relevant details in our template to create your invoice and send it to your client for approval.

Invoice elements

1. Client information

In the top left corner, you can either select a client or add a new client's details.

2. Add logo (optional)

Select an image or your avatar that will be printed on the invoice.

3. Tax ID & VAT ID

Enter your Tax ID that will be reflected on the invoice if you work exclusively within your country of residence. You will also need to add your VAT ID registration number if you provide services in other EU countries.

4. Invoice ID and invoice date

Add an individual invoice ID and the date of the invoice.

5. Introduction text (optional)

If you want, you can add an introduction text to your invoice.

6. Add item

Depending on the invoice type that you selected, either tasks, timesheet positions or free input can be added including the task’s name, duration and respective fee.

8. Payment terms

You can either keep the standard legal payment terms or add your own terms to your invoice.
