Adobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service that allows users to send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device.
Step 1: To activate the integration, go to the Integrations screen within Lano and activate the Adobe Sign integration by toggling the switch.
Please note: To integrate Adobe Sign with Lano, you need an active Adobe Sign API plan. To sign up for one, please visit the Adobe Sign website (https://www.adobe.com/be_en/sign/pricing/plans.html)
Step 2: You will be redirected to sign in to your Adobe Sign account.
Step 3: After completing the activation, when creating a contract you will be able to set an electronic signature through Adobe Sign as a required signature type for your contract or other compliance documents being sent.
Step 4: If more than one person is required to sign the document, activate the slider for multiple signers needed and add the signers, approvers, form fillers in the next step depending on your needs.
Step 5: If you send your partner a contract, they can sign it digitally.
Please note: This integration can be personalized based on your company’s needs. For more information on the Adobe Sign integration and its setup, please feel free to contact us via support@lano.io.
