Email your clients invoices with a payment link and conveniently accept card payments online

To receive payments from all your clients managed with Lano, you have the option to use our partner Stripe.

Simply connect your bank account to Stripe and conveniently accept online debit or credit card payments from your clients. All information about incoming payments can be accessed at any time and free of charge with a Stripe account connection.

Requirements for using Stripe

To meet the requirements of financial regulators and validate you or your business, Stripe collects and verifies the following necessary data, among other things:

  • Full name

  • Date and place of birth

  • Nationality

  • Address

  • Signature

  • Nature of your business activities

How to connect your Stripe account with Lano

To receive payments from your clients via Stripe, you must first activate Payments via the menu.

Upon the initial activation, you will be redirected to our partner Stripe to set up an account.

Once your Stripe account is set up, you can request online payments from your clients. Stripe will process all payments and deposit them into your bank account.

You already have a Stripe account?

If you already have an active Stripe account at the same email address you signed up with at Lano, you can easily connect your Stripe to Lano by logging in with your Stripe credentials.

What does Stripe cost?

Stripe charges a proportional transaction fee and a fixed processing fee on each payment processed.

  • For European cards: 1,4% of the invoice amount + 0,25€

  • For non-European cards: 2,9% of the invoice amount + 0,25€

You can find more information about the fees directly at Stripe.

Example:

When you request a payment of €100 from a client, you pay a total of €1.65 in fees to Stripe (€1.45 transaction fee + €0.25 processing fee). The remaining 98.35€ will be transferred to your bank account by Stripe.
