One time – ie. Bonuses, Commission, Expenses, etc.
Contractual – ie. Salary, Allowances, etc.
Personal - ie. Name change, marital status ect.
(Please note, Personal changes must be submitted through the “Team Page”, simply update the required details and a “Personal Change” will be created in the cycle).
To be reported (platform or synced from an HRIS) before the cut-off date.
Changes reported after the cut-off date will be automatically assigned to the next cycle.
Off-cycle changes are possible in some locations and during a specific period. Additional fees will apply.
Changes such as - ie. Sick leave, Expenses ect. must be submitted along with the appropriate documentation.
Lano's Urgent Notifications feature notifies the In country partner in real time when any of the bellow are reported.
Sick Leave
New Employee
New Leaver
Per Individual Employee
Navigate to the "Add Salary Change" tab.
Select the employee.
Choose the specific salary change, add the necessary details and press submit.
Bulk Import
Navigate to the "Import Salary Change" tab
Download the Lano Salary Changes Template or use a custom sheet. Include the employee's email address, in order to match the salary change to the correct employee.
Import the saved file into Lano's platform, ensuring the data is correct. To proceed, press "Continue".
All columns must be recognised by the platform. The items should be marked with a ✅. To resolve issues, select the corresponding item from the dropdown menu. Once aligned click "Confirm" and complete the import.
It's also possible to import comments per salary change. To do this, ensure the comment is in its own column. For example you should have two columns "Bonus" & "Bonus Comment".
All imported salary changes will now be visible from the salary changes page.
HRIS
If an HRIS is synced, salary changes will be synced to Lano via API automatically.
Each month an with the upcoming cut-off dates will be sent, followed by two reminders - three business days and 24 hours before the cut-off.
