By integrating an HRIS with Lano, new employees will be seamlessly synchronised without the need for manual entry. Any additions to the HRIS system will be automatically reflected in the Lano platform, ensuring efficient and accurate employee management. 🚀
In the absence of an HRIS system, new employees must be manually added to the Lano platform.
Click the Onboarding page and press add Team Member in the top right.
Select add "Payroll Team Member".
Complete the basic information for the new team member and press "Add Team Member".
The employee will be created in "Draft" status, this means more details are required to onboard compliantly.
Navigate to the Onboarding tab and select the newly added Draft employee. All country specific information will now be displayed for collection. Click the blue pencil icon to add details.
The mandatory country requirements have now been entered, click "Start Onboarding". This will move the employee to status "Under Review".
Lano will now audit the data provided to ensure it is accurate. Once validated, the files and employee information will be automatically shared with the local partner for onboarding.
When the contract start date arrives, the employee profile will become "Active".
