Google Drive is a cloud-based storage solution that allows you to save files online and access them anywhere from any smartphone, tablet, or computer. With our Google Drive integration, you can securely upload, edit and collaborate on files and folders directly from the Lano account.
To activate the integration, go to Integrations and change the Google Drive slider to Active.
You will then be asked to enter the URL of your Google Drive base folder where a new project folder will automatically be created for each new project.
After completing the activation, once a project is created in Lano, company users, as well as their partners working on the project, have access to the auto-generated folder in Google Drive.
Your partners will be able to perform the following actions:
Read any file in the folder
Read and edit the files they created
Create subfolders in the auto-generated folder
You can always change the URL of your Google Drive folder from the Integrations overview page by clicking on the three-dot menu.
Please note: The access rights granted to a partner will be removed after completing the project.
Please note: This integration can be personalised based on your company’s needs. For more information on the Google Drive integration and its setup, please feel free to contact us via support@lano.io.
