The onboarding process is divided into two segments in order to streamline the onboarding process and make information collection as smooth as possible.
After the onboarding call with Customer Success, a document per country / region titled “Client Onboarding” will be shared. This document outlines all of the Lano and Local requirements needed in order to onboard compliantly.

All documents will be compliantly shared with Lano.
The file will also contain Carryover Requirements, these are the required files and actions need if moving payroll from a previous provider to a Lano ICP.

The file will also contain Carryover Requirements, these are the required files and actions need if moving payroll from a previous provider to a Lano ICP.
The information required will differ depending on what type of service is provided by Lano. For example, if you’re using Lano’s Payroll Consolidation solution (CP) then we may not require the same information.
