Here at Lano (“Lano,” “we,” or “our”) we may engage and use certain third-party data processors (“Sub-Processors”) further to our DPA and GDPR to provide our services to You.  This page provides important information about the Name, Company, Function, Services and Registered office of each Sub-Processor.

We currently cooperate with the below list of Sub-Processors to provide the variety of our Services. Please be aware that not all Sub-Processors are engaged in delivering all the services we offer; some Sub-Processors are exclusively involved in supporting the provision of particular services.

For clients based in the United Kingdom and rest of the world, payment services for Lano Software GmbH are provided by The Currency Cloud Limited. Registered in England and Wales No. 06323311. For clients based in the United States, payment services for Lano Software GmbH are provided by The Currency Cloud Inc. which operates in partnership with Community Federal Savings Bank (CFSB) to facilitate payments in all 50 states in the US. CFSB is registered with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC Certificate# 57129). The Currency Cloud Inc is registered with FinCEN and authorised in 39 states to transmit money (MSB Registration Number: 31000206794359). 15. Leadoo

We use Leadoo’s tracking service to learn what some users are doing on the site and combine this data with other data we can gather from e.g. chat interactions. Leadoo uses ETag tracking in order to hook together the same user’s behaviour over several sessions. Leadoo works as the Processor and we work as the Controller for the data in terms of GDPR. You can stop the tracking by emptying your browser’s cache after the visit.
